SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

You will be working on really exciting and creative projects with ambitious clients. You will have a keen eye and understanding of design and marketing principles, and be able to translate this effectively to both the design team and to clients.
Clients will include: large listed corporates & a wide array of entrepreneurial, high growth companies
Mission:
Manage the agency’s key accounts, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, driving revenue, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget, and allocating agency resources in the most optimal way
Customer satisfaction > 9
Identify and deliver incremental revenue from across the existing client base
Help on new business briefs, assisting the CEO in compilation and delivery
Internal resource allocation consistently above 80%
Utilisation 100% of budget
Responsibilities:
Key accounts: Managing and strengthening key client accounts; assisting your clients in identifying opportunities for growth, working to understand their business objectives and ensuring that the work delivered is always on brief and brand, exceeding creative expectations, cross-selling the agencies wider offerings to optimise profitability
Meet new and existing clients, both growing the agencies network and your personal professional network
Project Management: Project planning, ensuring all briefs are appropriately resourced, delivered on time, within budget and to clients expectations
Business Development / Farming: Active business development, looking for new opportunities for the agency from within the client base
Writing and delivering/ co-delivering client presentations and pitches
Customer Satisfaction: Measuring, tracking and improving where required the agency’s customer satisfaction. Ensuring all improvements are fed back to the studio and included in the studio’s business improvement efforts
Mentoring: Mentoring more junior members of the team, and sharing knowledge and best practice with the entire studio

Strategic: know how to define and apply a strategic growth plan for your clients, demonstrating both a creative and commercial acumen
Genuine interest in business as well as creative, and a thirst to understand what makes businesses tick
Ability to work across a variety of projects simultaneously and develop project plans
