Gellan Watt, award-winning agency founder and CEO, joins White Bear as Chair. Watt is the former CEO, Executive Creative Director, and partner of the £60m revenue Emerge Group, which he and his partners successfully exited in 2016.

Watt has been working with White Bear for the past 9 months in various capacities, bringing a wealth of experience both from the growth and exit of his own agency group, but also his strategic and creative experience working with some of the worlds most exciting brands, including Apple, Barbour, John Lewis and more.
